Refund policy

All FATTYCOW sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges once your order is shipped as FATTYCOW products are perishable and it is our policy that products should never be returned except when requested. Please Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns about your order. 

FATTYCOW strives to provide the best premium wagyu for you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can address your concerns and bring about an appropriate resolution, if necessary. 

FATTYCOW does not issue refunds or replacements for: 

Delivery delayed or late arrival due to:

1. Incorrect, incomplete or invalid address input by the customer
2. Problems directly caused by the shipping company
3. Weather or acts of god
